How do I make an appointment?If you know which clinician you wish to see then contact them directly using information on our contact page. Otherwise please call our general number 9381 3030 or send us a fax on 9380 9706. Further information can be found on our services web page. Back to TopDo you provide medical services?We are an allied health clinic and do not have medical practitioners providing services. We do however accept referral from medical practitioners and when required refer patients to general or specialist practitioners. Back to TopDo I need a doctor referral to see a clinician at Mind and Body Matter?A doctor referral is not required to see one of our clinicians. You can just make an appointment. However, most of our services are Medicare rebatable and you will need a referral from your doctor. Please contact us if you need assistance with getting a referral. Back to TopHow do I refer a patient to Mind and Body Matter?A standard referral letter is fine and please include your Medicare provider number so that the patient will receive a rebate if the service is eligible. Back to TopHow much does it cost?This depends on the services provided but all of our clinicians charge less than the recommended fee. Most services attract a Medicare and/or private health insurance rebate if you are referred by your doctor. Back to Top
